Yah I dont think thats going to happen. I remember when Grand Turismo did a special for the 350Z too. It was just a concept with no HP or anything really if I recall right.

I should have brought my GTECH Pro to measure the G forces and 1/4mile on the GT-5 simulator huh ?

Believe me I would if I could... but they were not really letting anyone touch anything on the car. To get inside they would open the door for you... Maybe its quite delicate? Keep in mind we have not seen any footage of this car moving ;( Besides the game..

It moves, albeit a couple feet when they unveiled it.

Default engine bay pics

the only shot of the engine bay I have seen is from the FT 86 video from GT5 whih shows a brief glimpse of the engine manifold after it is removed from the truck it is being carried by.

Choosing between a LF-A and the Ft-86 is nothing like the choice between the MKIV Supra and the Hachi Roku.

The LF-A is a $375,000 sportscar that 99.999% of people will never have a chance of seeing let alone own given the limited production of 500 units. It has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IN COMMON WITH A MKIV SUPRA other than it is made by Toyota. The supra may have been expensive but your average man could still get one at any Toyota dealer. At the time they were sold the MKIV Supra and the Hachi Roku were not the legendary cars that many now think they are. They were available at every dealer right along side camrys, corrollas, and celicas.

The LF-A may as well be unobtainium as all 500 models are probably already spoken for. As far as everyday people are concerned the LF-A is a myth barely spoken about above a whisper in toyota fanboi chat rooms and occasional autorag comparos of other uber-rare hyper exotics. Just be happy you will be able to buy a $20k FT-86 with some LF-A styling cues because that's as close as you or I will ever come to a LF-A outside of a carshow.
Kinda difficult to decide, child please tires
