Impreza owner converted - Toyota FT-86 Forums

Hey everyone,

Just showing up for posting duty over here. I'm a HUGE Subaru fan, and I've owned three Impreza's in my life starting out with a 99 2.5RS and most recently a 2006 STi. Now that the Toyotaru project is coming to fruit, I can safely say I'm absolutely stoked to see how this progresses.

If the final car looks even remotely like the concept we've seen, they'll have an order from me on launch day. Hope to see you all around!

PS. I'm probably the first, and probably will be the only for a while, member from Kentucky, USA. There's not even many of us passionate Impreza owners around here.

I remember when I almost bought a imprezza 2.5RS

Can't wait to see what Subaru churns out...

The 2.5RS was what sparked my love for boxer engines, granted that sound and suspension on the 2.5RS was great too. I love my turbo, but I'll kill to even have a nice N/A RWD car that gives the joy of driving like my first Impreza did.
